    Good walks

in a big city

on a bus route

some lucky passengers:

an oval,

a corner near

a river,

a median strip

wide, with greenery -

way to go!

  3. When walking is not practical, deep breathing may give a similar physical health benefit. Breathe in deeply, hold your breath for a while, and breathe out deeply. Continue, perhaps for about as long as you would have walked.
